I bought this refrigerator from Lowes. First of all there is no grill to hide all the junk on the side. You can see the wheel from the side and another piece of medal. There is a piece of medal on the front at the bottom and the handle has a screw hole showing because it is reversible. I don't need a reversible fridge. It may be okay for a basement where nobody cares what it looks like. It is going back to the store.

I purchased this appliance 2 months ago and it has been almost problem free. The refrigerator door handle broke. Whirlpool has sent a replacement. A statement that shows the correct response to my problem.

Fridge came with the house I just purchased. Gets dirty easily and it makes the loudest incessant clicking noise that makes it hard to sleep at night. Not sure If it is the compressor. The service tech said it was normal for it to make that sound. Seems unlikely.

I love the layout and the look of the fridge. We switched from a side by side fridge and it's amazing how much more space we have. I would have given it five stars but the water line that goes to the ice maker came loose and ruined our floor on the day we got it.

Needs a light in the freezer and the ice maker does not shut off when full. BE VERY CAREFUL if buying from Whirlpool online:1) specify the side for the hinges - they say you can do that on the site, but I missed it. You WILL damage the hole plugs or scratch the surface trying to remove them. Replacements will cost $25@ and they don't go in well.2) IF you buy their "expert installation" - you'll have to watch their installers who, in my case, concealed a dent by never letting me see certain sides.Other than these issues, the product seems to work ok.

We bought this to replace a cheap fridge that was only 2-3 years old. We honestly should have replaced it sooner. This fridge is good quality, has a great seal, lots of space and the spaces are somewhat customizable to fit what our family buys so we can get the most out of the space. The ice maker works really well and honestly we drink more water now that we have fresh ice always available.
